Therapeutic movement
This is a synthesis that I have out together which merges, some yoga techniques (especially the more modern Flow techniques) with body expression methods that I have studied over the years (such as mime and dance). Based my training, in essence, I essentially separated the techniques that I considered more targeted to the resolution of aches and pains and to educating about movement and posture.
Based my training, in essence, I essentially separated the techniques that I considered more targeted to the resolution of aches and pains and to educating about movement and posture. Thus from yoga the various breathing techniques and those for using the ‘core’, the centre of the body as the focus of every movement, and from body expression THE ‘IMAGIN-ATION‘. That is moving following one’s own intentionality, positively exploiting the resources that the imagination and the imaginary world offers us: This is because it is through the synchrony between movement and mental image that the body is activated in depth by exploiting the deepest parts of the musculature.
Therapeutic movement can be carried out in individual lessons, in small groups (max. 3 people) or integrated with an individual physiotherapy programme.
