Massages with a holistic approach
Olisitic approach
The holistic massages offered by the studio are carried out, with a minimum duration of 50 minutes and a maximum of 75 minutes
Before treatment:
If, after an interview and a purely observational session with the therapist, This stage is very important: for it is here that the therapist will be able, through empathic listening, to generate in the person all the confidence necessary for holistic treatment.
While listening:
it is found that there are no basic clinical contraindications, the patient will be directed to one of three fundamental paths
Types of massages
Basic protocol for all three holistic massages:
The standard that all three treatments have in common is a complete manual muscle-skin therapy; this means only the trunk, arms and lower limbs. In order to respect and care for the person’s body, the person remains under a sheet during the treatment and only the muscle areas being treated are uncovered, then covered.
Deep relaxing Massage
This type of treatment is carried out by the physiotherapist who establishes, before starting, creates a situation of serenity and mutual trust with the person, otherwise all results would be in vain. Then, by continuously listening to the patient’s body, a series of rhythmic ascending and descending manoeuvres are carried out with warm oil; using their forearm and palm, in an enveloping and lightly pressing manner.
Thus, as the session progresses, a gradual increase in deep relaxation is created and the organic responses of the recipient will implement the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, thus lowering blood pressure values, heart rate and completely releasing muscle tone.

Regenerating - haemolymphatic:
This is also known as Swedish massage and is performed with a sequence of circulation-stimulating manoeuvres starting on the trunk and ending on the arms and finally the lower limbs. It is understood that even if this treatment cannot perform the function of real lymphatic drainage
the manual stimulation at a fast pace of each body area can make the haemolymphatic response of the recipient more effective. Thus, improving digestive and diuretic functions even for a prolonged time after treatment.
Sporty Deep Tissue
This treatment is indicated for various body performances, from sports to artistic ones. The massage can be activating (pre – performance) or defatiguing (post – performance). In the choice between the two, the manoeuvres that the therapist will perform will change: on one they will be stimulating and fast to encourage muscle contraction and, on the other, deeper and slower.
