Who i am
Let me introduce myself, I am Luca Renzini, and I have a multidisciplinary background that allows me to get to know a person, and their case history, using the broad spectrum of knowledge and techniques that my training offers.
have been a physiotherapist since 1995, trained in functional psychomotricity in 1998 (Le Boulch method). I have worked for many years both in various areas of physical rehabilitation (R.S.A , arthroplasty, outpatient and wellness) as well as with disabled children (especially autistic). And, after ten years of this experience, I also acquired the title of professional educator in 2021. Parallel to these working paths, I studied various body disciplines, dance, acrobatics, mime, and above all yoga, which I trained to teach, and for more than 15 years I have given lessons to many groups of adults in various centres in Tuscany and held seminars in various parts of Italy.
Even now, in physiotherapy, I use some techniques of the above discipline together with body expression methods that, as postural education, are very effective.
My approach to the patient
My multidisciplinary training and experience allow me to approach the patient with a degree of deep empathy.
Every person who comes to my practice brings with him or her an intimate bodily experience linked to their personal history and my task is to ensure that, through an initial exploratory meeting, I can arrive at the origin of the problem, which helping me to choose the most thorough, effective and radical basic therapeutic plan. And it is precisely on the word Radical that I want to dwell, reflect in its meaning ‘root’, which, as far as the physiotherapeutic approach is concerned, we understand as faithful to the origin,
in that an intervention is optimal if it succeeds in being in tune with the patient’s history, in its complexity and with all its ramifications (like those of an ancient tree which I have decided to represent in the photo),
and thus more easily identifies the triggering causes of the episode in question.

The 'Asclepius' study
This offers a rehabilitative, holistic, and, when needed,
more ‘interventionist‘ concept of physiotherapy.
The type of physical therapy practised at the studio is of the outpatient type: it will therefore treat everything from slight to medium traumas or deficits in the muscular-articular apparatus, to haemo-lymphatic disorders, to psychosomatic and stress-related problems.
